Turbo Interceptor
MOC Lego Model

Studio 2.0 rendered racing car

I love working with Lego, either real or virtual Lego like the way this Turbo Interceptor racing car model was created. Making digital models does have it’s advantages, this is entirely built out of available Lego bricks, but many don’t come in the colours I needed to make this rather nice car! If anybody recognises the name and wonders, yes, I am a fan of the film The Wraith. This Lego car was designed to look over the top and very futuristic, with this colour scheme it would be a great car for Ken Block to take for a nice drift around somewhere. Although I did use some Technic Lego parts it’s all for show, there is no working steering or anything like that, maybe the next racing car I design I can try to fit that in as well. For anybody new to sharing Lego creations MOC is short for My Own Creation, i.e. a custom design, not just a model bought from a toy shop.

Created using Studio 2.0

If you fancy having a go at making things using this virtual kind of Lego like this then I'd highly recommend using Studio 2.0 (Stud.io), it's free software and if you create something good you can actually use it to order the bricks and build it with actual Lego to keep

Prefer using real Lego?

I grew up spending a lot of time playing with Lego, it was always my favourite toy. These days I still collect the minfigures and do buy the occasional small Lego set. If you want to get some Lego or add more to you collection then the official lego site is:
